Polyurethane floors

Polimerstoun-2 is a two-component polyurethane floor that remains elastic: it bridges cracks in the substrate and copes easily with vibration. It is poured over Epoksol-2MS or PS-Grunt primer, and on weak porous concrete over Proteksil-2MS. The coating withstands water, petrol, 40 % NaOH, 10 % sulphuric and 37 % hydrochloric acid for at least a day and performs at −50…+80 °C.

Substrate: concrete age at least 28 days, moisture not above 4.0 % by weight, waterproofing under the concrete, substrate temperature 3 °C above the dew point; grinding, dust removal, filling. Thinning is not permitted; dry quartz sand may be added. Spread with a notched trowel/squeegee, roll with a spiked roller; relative air humidity not more than 75 %; pot life at least 20 min.
