Concrete impregnations and hardeners

When a site has to be put into operation urgently, Proteksil-1MS helps by allowing foot traffic after 12 h, and under medium-intensity use it serves as a standalone coating. The one-component compound penetrates concrete to 5–6 mm and deeper, increasing wear and impact resistance. It is used on poultry farms, in cowsheds and pigsties, processing plants, terminals, warehouses and car washes.

Application methodConcrete and sand-cement screeds, terrazzo concrete, concrete tiles. Substrate: compressive strength at least 20 MPa, pull-off strength at least 1.5 MPa, moisture not more than 4 %, surface temperature not more than +30 °C; grinding. Roller for rough surfaces: impregnating coat, then finish coat after 3 h, but no later than 48 h. Standalone coating under medium-intensity use.
