ET DREVO — fire protection of timber structures

Unlike impregnations, ET DREVO protects timber not with a compound but with the foil-faced basalt material MBOR F bonded with PLAZAS mastic on a silicate binder. The system lowers the fire hazard class of timber structures to K0 and provides fire resistance of up to 45 minutes; the layout options are confirmed by NSOPB certificates. Indoors it works from −60 °C at humidity up to 90%, outdoors only in protective covers against precipitation. It additionally provides thermal and sound insulation.
