Fire protection of timber

The special feature of the kit is that the Pirilax-Special fire and bio-protection compound is applied over a paint coating, so it is suitable for timber that is already painted or varnished. It is topped with KRASULA Aqua Top protective varnish for interior or exterior work; the finish is matt or semi-matt and does not change the colour of the wood. The kit provides fire protection performance groups I and II; outdoors it is used in ventilated facade systems and framed walls with a vapour barrier. Fire and bio-protection lasts at least 16 years indoors and at least 5 years outdoors.
