K 253: frameless fire protection cladding of steel structures with KNAUF-Fireboard boards
In the frameless version of the K 253 system, KNAUF-Fireboard boards in one or more layers are fastened with KNAUF Z-cnk staples. This installation also suits closed sections, including pipes; without a framework, the work is faster and cheaper, and the cladding can be removed if needed for strengthening the structure or anti-corrosion work. The system holds a TR EAEU 043/2017 certificate; to GOST R 53295-2009 it provides groups 1–7 (from 15 to 150 minutes), and fire resistance ratings of steel structures of up to R 240. Made in Russia.
