Other grouting and anchoring materials

This subsection offers grouting materials based on acrylic resins. They are chosen when an assembly must return to service quickly or installation has to take place at sub-zero temperatures, and also for repairing cement-based substrates without stopping the main production.

• an acrylic grout made of a liquid component and a powder for fixing generators, turbines, compressors and engines with dynamic loads, crane rails and tracks in tunnels and on bridges in the design position; it can be used at temperatures from −10 to +25 °C;
• a two-component highly filled polymer concrete on acrylic resins that reaches at least 95 MPa in compression in 4 hours and can be placed from −30 °C — for supports under bearing plates, bridge bearings, screeds under very heavy loads and rails.
