PLITONIT
PLITONIT is a brand of OOO MC-Bauchemie, whose production is located in Kirovsk and Ramenskoye. For concrete repair, the brand offers Nafufill SCC, a self-compacting flowable class R4 mortar. It is a rapid-hardening non-shrink concrete mix that self-compacts within 15 minutes and can be pumped.
It is used to repair congested and prestressed structures of complex shape, to concrete under water and where the water level changes, and to grout equipment and install anchors. Crushed stone can be added to it if necessary. Compressive strength is from 60 MPa, frost resistance F500, water resistance W12, and the material is non-combustible.
