ALFAPOL BR A — heat-resistant concrete floor on high-alumina cement
Heat-resistant floor coating on high-alumina cement with crushed chamotte for forging, steelmaking and heat-treatment facilities.

This versatile polyurethane-cement compound performs several tasks at once: it serves as a primer, a stand-alone paint layer and a base for thick-layer coatings, and with sand as a repair mix for cracks and potholes. The standard colour is grey RAL 7004, bond strength to concrete at least 2 MPa, service range −10 to +80 °C. The next layer is applied no earlier than 24 hours later, and full load is allowed after 7 days.
