OS-12-03 CERTA (TU 84-725-78) — organosilicate primer-enamel up to +300 °C
The OS-12-03 version per TU 84-725-78 is an organosilicate primer-enamel that works from −60 °C to +300 °C (red, blue and yellow up to +250 °C). It is applied without primer or over a primer as per the instructions to steel structures, equipment, pipelines, chimneys, tunnels, facades, foundations and overhead contact line supports; welds, edges and bolted joints are reinforced with a stripe coat. Painting is permitted from −20 °C; full properties develop in 72 h at +20 °C.
