OS-74-01 CERTA chemical-resistant — organosilicate composition up to +200 °C
Chemical-resistant OS-74-01 works in mildly and moderately aggressive gas-air media at elevated temperatures — from −60 °C to +200 °C. It is used on flue ducts and chimneys, equipment of chemical and oil refining plants, heat exchangers and external surfaces of vessels. TBT, PBT or AGM-9 hardener is added to the composition; it is applied without primer or over a primer as per the instructions, in at least 2 coats, with degreasing done without white spirit or petrol.
