Elakor-PU Self-levelling Floor Industrial — polyurethane floor for workshops, warehouses
Two-component polyurethane self-levelling floor for workshops and warehouses with increased mechanical, impact and vibration loads.

This version of the sealer without solvent odour is designed for indoor work where a new concrete floor or topping is being laid. The membrane retains moisture in fresh concrete, sand-cement and polymer-cement, protecting them from drying out and cracking; the compound can be applied at air and substrate temperatures from −10 to +25 °C. Solids content is 70 %, moisture loss per ASTM C309 is 4.5–5.0 g/100 cm², and the film is vapour-permeable and requires no underlying waterproofing.
| Manufacturer | Elakor — OOO “TEOKHIM-PROM”, Moscow Region |
|---|---|
| Type | concrete impregnations and hardeners |
| Use | outdoor areas |
| Base | one-component polyurethane moisture-retaining impregnation (curing compound) without solvent odour |
| Colour | transparent liquid |
| Application method | Curing of freshly laid concrete, topping, sand-cement, polymer-cement (membrane-forming compound against drying out and cracking); applied to a trowelled surface firm enough for workers to walk on, without puddles; to damp ground concrete the shortest possible time after placing; vapour-permeable – without underlying waterproofing and outdoors. Rollers, brushes, airless spraying, 1 coat. |
| Application temperature | air and surface: from -10°C to +25°C; Siler-B temperature: from +15°C to +25°C |
| Curing | drying time to degree 3 at surface temperature: +5°…+15°C – 12-24; +15°…+25°C – 6-12 h |
| Key properties | viscosity (VZ-4 cup) at +20°C 20-30 s; solids content 70% (GOST 17537); density 0.90 - 0.92 kg/l; specific moisture loss of the concrete surface (ASTM C309) - 4.5-5.0 g/100 cm² (requirement for toppings – not more than 5.5 g/100 cm²) |
| Consumption | for trowelled surfaces 1 coat, 0.1-0.15 l/m² (consumption may increase on porous/rough surfaces) |
| Shelf life | 12 months in the manufacturer's original packaging; store and transport at temperatures from -40°C to +30°C |
| Standards | Certificate of conformity (fire safety); Certificate of conformity; Approval for use in children's and healthcare institutions; NIKIMT report “Decontaminability and radiation resistance”. |
