FRIZOL (StroyZashchita)
Frizol-EP epoxy fire-retardant paint for steel structures (StroyZashchita)
Frizol-EP is a two-component intumescent paint based on epoxy resins made in the Kostroma Region; per GOST R 53295-2009 it provides steel structures with 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes of fire protection. The compound is weather-resistant, the finished coating works from −60 to +60 °C and can last up to 25 years. The components are mixed in a ratio of 18.35:1.65 and applied at +5…+40 °C by brush, roller or high-pressure equipment over the EP-1002 epoxy primer. Antikor-03, Antikor-05, Antikor-PU04 and KhV enamels may be applied on top for UV protection.
