An epoxy primer — the first coat of the waterproofing system for bridge superstructure slabs IZOLEP-WP-01 + IZOLEP-WP-11 + IZOLEP-WP-33. It is applied to concrete, reinforced concrete and steel slabs, including orthotropic decks and ballast troughs: it seals pores and strengthens concrete, and if necessary serves as a dust-proofing coating. Not earlier than 12 h and not later than 3 days at 20 °C, the IZOLEP-WP-11 waterproofing membrane is sprayed over it; the concrete must be at least 28 days old, with a moisture content of no more than 4 %.
