Fire protection of steel structures

TERMOBARIER, made by NPK OgneKhimZashchita in Saint Petersburg, has been in serial production since 2011. It is an intumescent paint on modified acrylic in an organic solvent for steel structures inside buildings; it provides ratings from R15 to R90, i.e. fire protection performance groups 7 to 3. It is applied by airless spray at temperatures from −20 to +35 °C over the mandatory GF-021 primer; at humidity up to 100 % the coating is overcoated with SILMAKS AS enamel. Containers: 23 kg euro pail or 200 kg drum.
