IZOLEP-235 — epoxy primer-enamel for ships, ballast tanks and hydraulic structures
High-build epoxy primer-enamel for ballast tanks, decks, hydraulic structures and pressure vessels; applied down to −10 °C.

An alkyd primer-enamel with flame retardants for places where fire safety requirements apply: escape routes, accommodation and service spaces of ships, instruments and machinery. The coating has low flame spread and does not emit excessive smoke or toxic products when burning, as confirmed by a type approval certificate of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. It is applied over metal and wood on its own or as a finish coat over VINIKOR primer-enamel and epoxy, polyurethane, alkyd and other based primers; the colour is to the RAL catalogue, matt or semi-gloss.

Data from the manufacturer’s technical data sheet. The coating system, number of coats and quantity are selected for your project on request.
High-build epoxy primer-enamel for ballast tanks, decks, hydraulic structures and pressure vessels; applied down to −10 °C.
Multipolymer coating for above-ground pipelines and equipment, with and without thermal insulation, with a service temperature from −196 to +650 °C.
Penetrating primer for surfaces with minimal preparation: it consolidates firmly adhering rust and the surface layer of concrete.
Cold galvanising compound for welded rolling-stock structures: allows resistance welding through a single coat without impairing the weld.
Two-component primer-enamel with zinc phosphate: one coating instead of a primer and an enamel for C2–C5 atmospheres per ISO 12944, any RAL colour.
Epoxy primer for steel, aluminium, fibreglass and concrete in chemical plants and shipbuilding; applied down to −10 °C.
