ALFAPOL VB-600(m) — fine-grained concrete for ship decks
In shipbuilding, the VB-600(m) mix is used to make levelling coverings on the decks of sea and river vessels over steel, aluminium and galvanised metal. The fine-grained concrete with 2.5–5 mm quartz aggregate reaches at least 45 MPa in compression and 7 MPa in bending, with water resistance W8, frost resistance F300 and combustibility class NG. Laying is possible from +5 °C, foot traffic after 10–12 hours, service from −50 to +50 °C.
