QTP® 2040 AS — antistatic polyurethane finish for self-levelling floors
Static-conductive polyurethane finish for an antistatic system over QTP 1000 and QTP 3010 AS primers with copper tape.

This self-levelling coating based on water-reducible epoxy is vapour-permeable and forms a semi-matt silky surface. Over QTP 3000 primer, it is used to produce smooth and slip-resistant floors as well as highly filled levelling layers in workshops and warehouses. Compressive strength is 78 MPa and flexural strength 38 MPa. Pot life at 20 °C is 20 minutes; foot traffic is possible after 24 h.
