Polyurethane floors

This version of Emal-60 gives less glare: the film gloss is 32–42 %. First, one coat of semi-gloss enamel is applied to the primed substrate as a base, then two coats of the semi-matt enamel with a velour roller without excess material. The coating is suitable for workshops, warehouses, car parks, sales floors and decorative floors with chips and flakes; work is possible from −30 to +25 °C, film tensile strength is at least 65 MPa, fire hazard class KM1.

Application methodColoured paint-on PU floors and decorative floors with chips, flakes, glitter; protection of concrete and wooden surfaces. On surfaces primed or filled with PU/epoxy materials; first a base of 1 coat of Emal-60 Semi-Gloss, then 2 coats of Semi-Matt (load the roller without excess). Velour rollers 4-6 mm, airless spraying. Concrete at least M100, new concrete cured for at least 28 days, moisture not more than 4 wt%, relative air humidity not more than 80%, dew point +3°C, surface temperature change not more than 4°C, no draughts and no floor heating.
