Elakor-ED Self-levelling Floor Classic — uniform-colour epoxy self-levelling floor
Coloured epoxy self-levelling floor with uniform colour and good flow for finishing coats in retail, public and industrial buildings.

Siler is applied to fresh concrete, topping, sand-cement or polymer-cement right after trowelling, as soon as the surface can be walked on. The film prevents moisture from evaporating quickly and prevents cracking, so further curing — covering with film or wetting — is not needed. By the ASTM C309 method, moisture loss is 4.5–5.0 g/100 cm² against a limit of not more than 5.5 for toppings; the compound is vapour-permeable and is also used outdoors at +5…+30 °C.
| Manufacturer | Elakor — OOO “TEOKHIM-PROM”, Moscow Region |
|---|---|
| Type | concrete impregnations and hardeners |
| Use | outdoor areas |
| Base | polyurethane moisture-retaining impregnation (membrane-forming curing compound) for toppings and freshly laid concrete |
| Colour | transparent liquid |
| Application method | Curing of freshly laid concrete, topping, sand-cement, polymer-cement: the film prevents rapid evaporation of moisture and cracking, no further curing (film, wetting) is needed. Applied to a surface finished with power trowels, firm enough for workers to walk on, without puddles; to damp ground concrete 1-2 days after placing; vapour-permeable – can be used without underlying waterproofing and outdoors. Rollers, brushes, airless spraying, 1 coat. |
| Application temperature | air and surface: from +5°C to +30°C; Siler temperature: from +10°C to +25°C |
| Curing | drying time at surface temperature: +5°…+15°C – 60…40 min; +15°…+25°C – 40..20 min |
| Key properties | viscosity (VZ-4 cup) at +20°C not more than 12 s; solids content 20-22% (GOST 17537); density 0.90 - 0.92 kg/l; specific moisture loss of the concrete surface (ASTM C309) - 4.5-5.0 g/100 cm² (requirement for toppings – not more than 5.5 g/100 cm²) |
| Consumption | for trowelled surfaces 1 coat, 0.1-0.2 l/m² (consumption may increase on porous/rough surfaces) |
| Shelf life | 8 months in the manufacturer's original packaging; store and transport at temperatures from -40°C to +25°C |
| Standards | Certificate of conformity (fire safety); Certificate of conformity; Approval for use in children's and healthcare institutions; NIKIMT report “Decontaminability and radiation resistance”. |
