Elakor-PU Grunt-2K/40 — maximum-depth polyurethane impregnation
Two-component polyurethane primer with 40 % solids content for hardening weak and porous concretes under polymer floors.
This vapour-permeable electrically conductive primer is designed for the antistatic polyurethane-cement floors of the Elakor-PTs series. It is applied in one coat with a velour roller or brush, the mix keeps its pot life for at least 60 minutes, and the volume resistivity of the film is 100–200 Ω·m. The antistatic coating is laid at +20 °C not earlier than 24 and not later than 36 hours afterwards; application temperature is from +5 to +20 °C, fire hazard class KM2.
