Injection waterproofing

The purpose of EpoInject 2K is to restore the monolithic integrity of a concrete structure: the epoxy compound with high penetrating ability is fed into cracks and spalls through packers or by gravity through a V-shaped groove. After curing, it provides watertightness and mechanical strength of the concrete, Shore D hardness of 75–85 and tensile strength of at least 10 MPa. The components are mixed 100:50 by weight, pot life at 20 °C is at least 40 min, work is carried out at +5…+30 °C, and service is from −40 to +60 °C.
