Before polyurea is sprayed, metal is primed with this one-component zinc-filled compound: it improves the bond of the coating to steel, including stainless steel. The surface is cleaned to Sa 2.5 or St 3 and degreased, then the primer is applied in 1–2 coats by brush, roller, airless or air spraying; Khimtrast PM polyurea is sprayed no earlier than 12 h later. Its own adhesion to metal is at least 1.5 MPa, and in the system with PM (Hard) Premium at least 2.5 MPa.
