Khimtrast Hand-Applied Polyurea 1K — one-component waterproofing mastic
One-component mastic with no high-pressure rig needed: applied by roller or brush to foundations, basements, floor slabs; elongation from 300%.

This solvent-free two-component epoxy primer impregnates and strengthens concrete and other porous substrates before polyurea is applied. Mixed with quartz sand, it serves as a filler for repairing substrate defects, and under hand-applied polyurea — as a primer on metal and roofing felt. The components are mixed in a ratio of 100:40 by weight, and work is done at +15…+30 °C and air humidity max 75%; the pot life of the mix is at least 30 min, adhesion to concrete at least 2.5 MPa.
