AKVATRON-8P — hydraulic plug with extended setting time

AKVATRON-8P is chosen when a little more time is needed to seal a leak: setting takes from 30 s to 5 min, and up to 12 min at the customer’s request. The compound, based on high-alumina cement and calcium hydroaluminate, provides watertightness at the level of concrete of at least W16 and a compressive strength of at least 16 MPa. It is used to fill the prepared hole, pressed in for 0.5–1.5 min, and the surface is then treated with AKVATRON-6 mix.
