AKVATRON-12 is added to the concrete mix during mixing, so the waterproofing is built in at the stage of making the structure. The crystal-forming compound raises the concrete watertightness grade by at least 2 steps and the frost resistance grade by at least 1, and additionally protects concrete from acids, alkalis, groundwater and wastewater. The admixture is suitable for cast-in-place structures, precast reinforced concrete units and ready-mix concrete at pumping stations, water storage facilities, collector tunnels, treatment plants, dams, in pools and bridges.
