Hydraulic plugs

AKVATRON-8 hydraulic plug, based on high-alumina cement and calcium hydroaluminate, stops active leaks in cracks, spalls, pipeline joints and wall panel joints, and is also used for setting foundation bolts. Setting occurs in 30 s – 3 min, and at the customer’s request the time is extended to 12 min; once hardened, the compound expands and densifies, with a compressive strength of at least 20 MPa. It can also be used under water, and after sealing the surface must be treated with AKVATRON-6 mix.
