BentIzol® SAB 5 bentonite mat — anti-seepage geosynthetic liner
Bentonite mat in rolls on activated sodium bentonite for anti-seepage liners of landfills, ponds and canals; pressure up to 7 atm.

MASTERBENT® L is covered with a polyethylene film that makes the mat impermeable and raises its chemical resistance to pH 1–13; during installation the film faces the more aggressive side. Static puncture resistance is at least 2.2 kN, peel strength of the laminating layer at least 360 N/m, bond to concrete when cast together at least 0.17 MPa. Rolls of 1.15 × 5 m weigh 32 kg and 2.5 × 10 m rolls 140 kg; applications are foundations, basements, car parks, tunnels and trafficable roofs.
