PLAMCOR-2 fire-retardant paint for steel structures (VMP)
One-pack intumescent paint based on acrylic copolymers for fire protection of steel structures indoors and under a canopy.

TSVES consists of a zinc paste and an ethyl silicate binder; the dry coating contains 90 % zinc. The primer is used on steel structures, bridges, tanks for light petroleum products and water, at oil and gas and power facilities and in marine structures, and also as a friction coating for faying surfaces. It withstands +150 °C long-term in a dry atmosphere and allows welding through a single coat and use in cold and hot domestic and drinking water supply systems. It is overcoated with POLITON-UR, ALUMOTAN, FERROTAN and is suitable under PLAMCOR fire protection.
