Epoxy enamels and coatings

The task of ETON-Infra is to make the inner surface of trunk gas pipeline pipes smooth and thereby reduce gas-dynamic losses. The two-component material based on a modified epoxy resin with an amine hardener is applied in the factory with high-pressure airless spray units with separate feed and heating of the components, and is then cured at 60 or 80 °C. The film withstands 240 h of salt spray without delamination or blistering; it is supplied in 200 l steel drums.
