Germokron-ZhD — rubber-resin anticorrosive compound for fertiliser containers
A one-component drying-type composite material on a rubber-resin base with a film elongation of at least 200 %. It is used on the inner and outer surfaces of mineral wagons, concrete and metal containers for storing and transporting mineral fertilisers, and on equipment in fresh, sea and waste water; an example is the tray of a container with 75 % sulphuric acid. The coating works from −60 to +90 °C (briefly up to +230 °C), is applied at −20…+40 °C over the primer “Germokron”, and in the atmosphere is overcoated with the enamel “Industrialnaya”.
