Zinc-rich primers

A two-component epoxy primer in which the zinc is present as spheres and flakes. It is used on power line towers and communication towers, oil and gas pipelines, tank cars and oil storage tanks, bridges and hydraulic structures, and also for interoperational protection of metal. The finishing enamels Poliuretol 80S (UV), Poliuretol (UV) or Poliuretol 20S are applied after 1 h, and the service life of such a system is 25 years in temperate and cold climates and 20 years in tropical and marine climates.
