Thixotropic repair mortars

BIRSS RSM-1 M450 Moroz is intended for repair in cold weather: it is placed at temperatures from −15 to +5 °C. It is a rapid-hardening thixotropic R4 mix based on special cements with reinforcing fibre and sand up to 0.63 mm, for bridges and tunnels, structures under dynamic loads and joints between precast elements. In frost at −15 °C the mortar reaches at least 20 MPa in compression by 28 days, at +20 °C 45 MPa; workability is retained for 20 minutes.
