BIRSS 59 S2 M600 Moroz — thixotropic R4 mix with microfibre for work from −15 °C

Thixotropic repair mortars

Sub-zero temperatures down to −15 °C do not prevent work with BIRSS 59 S2 M600 Moroz: the mix is used in the range from −15 to +5 °C. The thixotropic mortar with polymer microfibre restores vertical and horizontal structures of bridges and tunnels under vibration loads, prestressed reinforced concrete and port structures, and fills joints and potholes without formwork. After 28 days of hardening at −15 °C compressive strength is 30 MPa, and at +20 °C 60 MPa; class R4, water impermeability W18.
