UTECH HITRE 100 chemical bonded anchor — epoxy anchor for everyday installation
Epoxy anchor for M8–M24 studs and rebar in dry concrete: fences, railings, gates, wall-mounted and building services equipment.

UTECH HITRE 500 is a two-component epoxy bonded anchor for setting M8–M36 threaded studs and rebar of 8–40 mm diameter in cracked and non-cracked B25–B60 concrete, aerated concrete and natural stone. Holes may be dry, water-saturated or water-filled, and installation is carried out in floors, walls and ceilings at substrate temperatures from −10 to +40 °C. The anchor has been tested for seismic loads and radiation resistance, holds a technical certificate of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and is included in the register of Russian industrial products of Minpromtorg (GISP).

| Packaging | tube 585 ml; two-component dispensers HDM 500 / HDE 500 with cartridge U-500 |
| Application method | bonding of threaded studs M8–M36 (embedment depth hef from 50–160 mm for M8 to 144–720 mm for M36) and rebar Ø8–40 mm; concrete B25–B60, cracked and non-cracked, aerated concrete not below B3.5, natural stone; dry, water-saturated and water-filled holes; installation in floors, walls and ceilings; extension and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures, post-installed rebar starters, fixing of steel columns, beams and base plates; hole by hammer drilling (for HITRE 500 also by diamond drilling, with roughening), cleaning with a brush and blowing out; discard the first compound from a new mixer; fill the hole to about 2/3 from the bottom, insert the stud or rebar with a twisting motion; apply load after full strength gain; a started tube with the mixer screwed on can be used within 7 days (new mixer, discard the first compound again) |
| Application temperature | substrate from −10 to +40 °C; tube temperature during installation not below +5 °C |
| Curing | working time / full strength gain by substrate temperature: +35…+40 °C — 12 min / 4.5 h; +30…+34 °C — 15 min / 5 h; +25…+29 °C — 20 min / 6 h; +20…+24 °C — 30 min / 7 h; +15…+19 °C — 1 h / 12 h; +10…+14 °C — 1.5 h / 16 h; +5…+9 °C — 2 h / 24 h; 0…+4 °C — 2 h / 48 h; −5…−1 °C — 2 h / 168 h; −10…−6 °C — 6 h / 240 h; in a damp substrate (from +5 °C) the strength-gain time doubles |
