Mironit-Metall fire-protective plaster for steel structures (KrilaK)
Sprayable mineral mix for fire protection of steel structures, R up to 240 including hydrocarbon fire, for unheated structures.
Monolit is a dry mix on a mineral binder used to form fire-protective plaster for load-bearing reinforced concrete structures and the vaults and walls of road and railway tunnels. The system is designed, among other things, for hydrocarbon fire, with a fire resistance rating of REI up to 240; if necessary, it is reinforced with galvanised mesh. It is applied with robotic units, MIS-800 and AK-800 machines or Putzmeister-type shotcrete machines. The coating is moisture- and alkali-resistant, seismic resistance is 9 points per MRZ, and the service life is at least 50 years.
