AKRUS® Strong — highly filled abrasion-resistant epoxy coating
Abrasion-resistant epoxy coating for the ice belt of ships, piles and ice-resistant platforms; service at temperatures down to minus 60 °C.
The inner surfaces of tanks, industrial equipment and railway tank cars, including containers for mineral fertilisers, are protected with the two-component epoxy primer AKRUS® Prime. The coating is resistant to crude oil and petroleum products, mineralised water, water-oil emulsion, steam and hot liquids, and also preserves the quality of petrol, kerosene and diesel fuel. In a system the primer is overcoated with the AKRUS® Long enamel, including the antistatic version.
