AKVASTOP PNB swelling bentonite profile — strip for construction joints
Bentonite strip on butyl rubber for construction joints, junctions and utility penetrations; resists water pressure up to 18 atm.
Unlike the expansion-joint models, type KhV is designed for construction (working) joints that form at breaks in concreting. The profile is placed inside the section; the permissible joint movements are 5/5/10/10 mm in compression, tension, transverse and longitudinal shear. Rubber KhV-220 and KhV-270 withstand water pressure of 0.66 and 0.79 MPa, PVC-P profiles from KhV-200 to KhV-500 — from 0.58 to 0.98 MPa; KhV-500 is made to advance order.
