Compressive strength is at least 15 MPa, flexural strength 5 MPa, bond strength to concrete 0.7 MPa, maximum aggregate size 0.63 mm. The material is non-combustible (NG); works are carried out at +10…+25 °C and substrate moisture up to 5%, with foot traffic after 10–12 hours.
