BIRSS RBG M500 — two-component R4 repair mix with granite aggregate
Coarse granite aggregate of 5.0–10.0 mm fraction is included in the BIRSS RBG M500 kit as a separate component, together with a dry mix based on special cements and quartz sand. The mix is used for structural repair of horizontal and inclined surfaces such as ramps and bridge abutments, to eliminate large defects in drainage channels, bases of road and airfield pavements and industrial floors, and for monolithic joining of joints between floor slabs and foundation walls. Class R4; at 28 days 50 MPa in compression and 7 MPa in flexure, W16, F2 400.
