BIRSS Stounpol binder — polyurethane binder for stone chippings
Stounpol binds natural stone chippings — BIRSS Granitnaya Kroshka (granite chips) — into a seamless decorative surface for car parks, parking areas, access roads with goods traffic, footpaths and pavements. The binder is colourless; a pigmented version is available by agreement. The coating stays elastic down to −20 °C and has a tensile strength of 14 MPa; the manufacturer estimates the service life of footpaths at 10–20 years.
