BOKA KINZOKI-K fire protection compound, AT modification

Fire protection of steel structures

BOKA KINZOKI-K AT is produced in two versions, moisture-resistant and non-moisture-resistant; when the latter is shipped, this is noted on the invoice. The compound on acrylic copolymers in an organic solvent protects steel structures up to R150, is suitable for buildings of fire resistance degrees I and II and is approved for use in the food industry. It is applied with airless spray units in several passes at temperatures from −30 to +35 °C over a primed surface. The service range is from −60 to +65 °C; the coating is fully formed in 12–14 days.
