BOKA KINZOKI-K combined fire protection system, OR modification
The combined BOKA KINZOKI-K OR system provides up to 180 minutes of fire protection (R180); it can also be used in buildings of fire resistance degrees I and II according to cl. 5.4.3 of SP 2.13130.2020. The first layer is BOKA KINZOKI-T OR thermal insulation mastic, the second is BOKA KINZOKI-M OR intumescent paint on acrylic copolymers in an organic solvent. Both layers are applied with an airless unit over a primed surface at temperatures from −25 to +30 °C; the system is fully formed in 12–14 days. In outdoor atmosphere and aggressive environments it is overcoated with protective decorative coatings.
