OS 12-03 CERTA composition is an organosilicate material to TU 2312-002-49248846-2002, designed for service from −60 °C to +300 °C (red, blue and yellow up to +250 °C) in categories C1–C3 per ISO 12944-2. It is used to paint steel structures and equipment, chimneys and flue ducts, concrete, reinforced concrete and brick, vessels, overhead contact line supports and bridge structures. It is applied in at least 2 coats at temperatures from −20 °C to +40 °C; full properties develop in 72 h at +20 °C.
