This budget self-priming water-based paint forms a vapour-permeable protective and decorative coating on floors with light mechanical exposure per SP 29.13330.2011, as well as on walls, ceilings and structures. The concentrate is diluted with water: 30–50 % is added for the priming coat and 10–30 % for the enamel; the floor is first primed with Elakor-MB2 acrylic varnish, then two coats of paint are applied. The substrate is concrete, sand concrete, cement self-levelling floors, tile, stone or brick with moisture not more than 7 %; the fire hazard class of the coating is KM1.
