Izhora MBR-G-90 insulating mastic — hot-applied bitumen-rubber mastic

Izhora MBR-G-90 mastic is a one-component bitumen-rubber compound that is heated to +160…+180 °C before application in kettles with indirect heating. It is used to protect underground and above-ground gas and oil pipelines and petroleum product tanks from soil corrosion, electrocorrosion and stray currents, when laying tram rails, and for waterproofing building structures. The material complies with GOST 15836-79, softens at 100 °C, adheres to metal with a strength of 2 MPa and is suitable for all climatic zones. It is applied at air temperatures from −10 °C, with no precipitation.
