VINIKOR EP-1155D — radiation-resistant epoxy enamel for nuclear facilities and bridges
Highly filled epoxy enamel for nuclear facilities, bridge trusses and steel structures; radiation resistance of at least 1 MGy.

An epoxy pre-fabrication primer (shop primer) with zinc phosphate-based corrosion inhibitors for temporary protection of metal during shop painting and the construction period. It is applied in one coat on an automatic line or by spraying, strictly without thinning, and dries to degree 3 in no more than 10 min at 20 °C. Thermal cutting and welding through the primer do not increase weld porosity, for which there is a type approval certificate of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping; the metal is then overcoated with epoxy, alkyd, urethane or acrylate materials, including in IZOLEP-235 systems.
