Epoxy primers

A two-pack vinyl-epoxy primer with adhesion to steel, galvanised steel and aluminium; application over tightly adhering rust and old coatings at temperatures down to −10 °C is permitted. The coating is oil- and petrol-resistant and withstands splashes of crude oil, sea and fresh water, short-term hot water and steam, and sharp temperature changes from −60 to +60 °C. Its main partner is VINIKOR-62 enamel, and it is also suitable under vinyl, chlorinated rubber, alkyd, antifouling and acrylic coatings; the primer is included in the Transneft OVP register and is used on bridges, oil and gas, power and port facilities.
