Forpol-Nafta forms a polyurea-urethane coating with 100 % solids: the base “Forpol-NCO” and a hydroxylamine hardener are sprayed with heated high-pressure units, in one coat and without a primer. The mastic protects the outside of pipes, fittings, shut-off valves and assembly units of underground gas pipelines, compressor stations (CS) and underground gas storage facilities (UGS), as well as hydropower plant equipment, mining equipment and wastewater treatment facilities. The material is included in the register of inventory items (TMTs) of PJSC Gazprom and the OVP register of PJSC Transneft; adhesion to steel is more than 7 MPa, service life is at least 30 years.
