According to the manufacturer’s description, Monolit OB matches the basic Monolit compound and is likewise intended for load-bearing reinforced concrete structures and tunnel vaults and walls. It is a dry mix on a mineral binder; if necessary, the coating is reinforced with galvanised mesh and painted with Akrilak ARM or Akrilak Finish in a RAL colour. The fire resistance rating is REI up to 240, including in a hydrocarbon fire. The service life is at least 50 years.
