Fire protection of steel structures

Monolit OM is mineral fire protection specifically for metal: a dry mix of hydraulic binder with fillers, which is mixed with water. Fire protection performance per GOST R 53295 is up to 240 min. The coating is used indoors and in the open atmosphere in the UKhL version, with service temperatures from −60 to +45 °C. It is applied mechanically (Putzmeister P11, MIS-800, T-103 and equivalents) or by spatula at temperatures not below +5 °C; coating formation takes 28 days.
